La Vieille Maison
La Vielle Maison is set in an old converted farmhouse. The specialty here is La Viande à l'Auze, where a hot slab of rock is placed on the table and guests are invited to sizzle their own beef strips. Other popular choices include a filet mignon with lemon and sour cream, and veal stuffed with ham and smothered with cheese. Reservations are reccommended.

La Grande Ourse
